Our story
Finesse Bay is for women who know what they like and want getting dressed to be the easy part of the day.
Why Finesse Bay
We started Finesse Bay for women who want to feel good in what they wear on a warm day, without the fuss. The name says it: finesse, the quiet confidence of an outfit that simply works, and the bay, the place where everyone slows down.
What we look for in every piece
Light fabrics for warm weather. Relaxed shapes that skim instead of cling. Pockets where you want them, and colours that go with what you already own. Shoes are chosen for comfort first, so you can walk all day and still feel put together.
If a piece needs constant tugging, adjusting or thinking about, it does not make the cut.
How we look after you
Every order ships free with tracking, usually arriving within 6 to 9 business days. You have 30 days to return anything that is not quite right. And when you have a question, you can simply email us: we reply within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Who we are
Finesse Bay is a small online store based in The Hague, the Netherlands, serving women all over Australia. There is no call centre: when you write to us, a real person reads your message and answers it.
